What is the shipping time?
The item is sent from The Netherlands, usually you will receive it within a week from purchase in the EU.
Is there a tracking number?
Because of the low price we sent the item without a tracking number trough regular mail service with priority sticker.
Are there discounts for lare volumes?
We can offer discounts if you need more then 10 pieces in one purchase, please contact us.

What is included in the package?
We will only send the USB DMX interface, you will need a USB Type B cable and an XLR Male cable to connect to this device.
Cheapest solution
One of the cheapest possible ways to control your DMX lightning with a PC
With a small size of 64 x 26 x 32 mm ( ll x ww x hh ) it is possible to build this interface in almost any device.
As this interface uses the same chip as the enttec open dmx usb it has excellent software compatibility.
This USB-DMX512 interface can control all 512 DMX channels.
